    A: The workouts are designed to be done from home or a gym and only require dumbbells and resistance bands.  

  • Q: Do I need a lab test for my hormone consultation?

    A: While lab test are a great snapshot of your current hormone levels, symptoms can be a great indication of what hormonal imbalances  you are struggling with.  If you have current labs or would like to order labs though your doctor or myself, you can indicate this at the beginning of your program.

    A: No the steps of the program are beneficial for any age.  Hormonal imbalances can occur at any stage of life and cause weight gain or other symptoms.
